Standard-10060 defines how rules, objects, evidence and states are represented so machines can resolve the same inputs the same way.
It is the canonical grammar beneath the 10060 architecture. It defines the boundaries between the object being evaluated, the jurisdiction that applies, the evidence supporting it, the resolution record produced and the state an agent consumes.
Standard-10060 does not determine whether a product is compliant. It does not certify products, interpret law or authorize commerce.
It defines the structure that makes deterministic resolution possible.

SRI-10060 — Structured Rule Implosion, coined by Matthew Keddy, CEO, GSC — collapses rule complexity upstream, before execution. DPU-10060 is the signing layer that makes every record proof. RCO-10060 carries the signed resolved state. ACM-68000 / CPG-68000 gives that state a deterministic execution vocabulary. CONSORTIUM-10060 governs who may issue, and holds the trust anchor.
